Criteria for Research Acceptance and Review

1- The abstract must be related to one of the approved scientific themes of the conference.

2- The abstract must be characterized by originality and scientific seriousness, and it should not have been previously published or presented at another scientific event.

3- The summary should clarify the study's problem, objectives, methodology, and the most important expected or achieved results.

4- The summary should be written in correct scientific language in Arabic.

5- The abstract should not exceed (300) words, and must include the title of the research, the name of the researcher or researchers, and their affiliated institution.

6- To attach the abbreviated curriculum vitae of the researcher who will present the research.

7- The abstracts are evaluated by the conference's scientific committee, and the researcher is notified of the evaluation results according to the established timeline.

8- The acceptance of the abstract is considered a preliminary acceptance, and it is required to complete the procedures for submitting the full research paper according to the specified deadlines.

9- Summaries are sent via a page Research Presentation on the website or on the email inzlc2026@nu.edu.ly

1- The research must be original and innovative, and it should not have been published, presented, or accepted for publication in any scientific journal, conference, or other scientific event.

2- The research topic must be related to one of the approved scientific axes of the conference.

3- The research must adhere to the principles and ethics of scientific research, while committing to scientific integrity and properly documenting sources and references according to established norms.

4- The research paper must fulfill the essential elements of scientific research, which include: the title of the research, the abstract, keywords, the introduction, methodology, results, discussion, conclusion, recommendations, and references.

5- Research submitted in Arabic is accepted.

6- The research paper must adhere to the approved conference template and the specified formatting requirements.

7- To send the research paper in (Microsoft Word) format.

8- The number of research pages should not be less than (5) pages and should not exceed (8) pages.

9- It is required to register all participating researchers in the conference management system when submitting the paper, and adding new author names is not allowed after the paper has been accepted.

10- It is required for the publication of the research in the conference proceedings or the special issue of the participating scientific journal to present the accepted paper either in person or online.

The research papers that meet the initial acceptance criteria are submitted for confidential scientific review by two specialized reviewers in the field of research. They are evaluated according to objective scientific criteria that include originality and innovation, the importance of the topic, the soundness of the methodology, the quality of analysis and discussion, the accuracy of results and recommendations, the quality of scientific writing, the integrity of documentation and references, and the relevance of the research to the conference themes.

If there is a disagreement among the judges regarding the acceptance or rejection of the research, the research will be referred to a third judge, and the majority opinion will be considered in making the final decision.

• Importance of the topic: The significance of the research problem and its scientific or practical value.
• Methodological integrity: The appropriateness of the scientific approach, research tools, and procedures for data collection and analysis.
• Quality of analysis and discussion: Accuracy in presenting results, analyzing them, and linking them to previous studies.
• Validity of results and recommendations: The extent to which the results and recommendations are based on data and scientific evidence.
• Quality of scientific writing: clarity of language, style, and scientific organization of the research.
• Documentation and References: The modernity of references, their accuracy, and their adherence to the rules of scientific documentation.
• Connection to the conference themes: The extent to which the research aligns with the scientific goals and themes of the conference.
  

1- Acceptance of the research for publication and presentation as is.

2- Acceptance of the research after making minor adjustments.

3- Acceptance of the research after making substantial modifications and re-evaluating it.

4- The research was rejected for not meeting the required scientific standards.

The scientific committee is committed to ensuring confidentiality and objectivity in the review process, and it reserves the right to reject any research that does not meet the established scientific or ethical standards. In exceptional cases, the committee reserves the right not to provide reasons for rejection.

1- Accepted papers will be published in a special issue of the Shros Scientific Journal, according to the publication conditions and the template adopted by the journal, after completing the required revisions from the review committee and the editorial board of the journal.

2- The organizing body of the conference will cover the accommodation and meals for the participants throughout the days of the conference, and will not bear the costs of travel and transportation.

3- The conference program includes a book fair and scientific and cultural visits to the historical and tourist landmarks in the city of Yafran.
